1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Work Log — Hours Tracker (“the App”) or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
The App is provided for personal and small-business time tracking, shift pay estimation and timesheet export. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access its underlying systems, or use it in violation of applicable law.
3. No Financial or Legal Advice
Pay, overtime and tax calculations in the App are estimates provided for convenience only. They do not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice. Actual wages, overtime eligibility and tax treatment are determined by applicable law and your employer or jurisdiction. Always confirm figures with your employer, accountant or tax authority before relying on them.
4. Privacy & Data
Time records are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. We do not operate servers that store your time entries. The free version is supported by advertising: third-party ad SDKs may process device identifiers or approximate location to serve ads, and store transactions are handled by Apple/Google — for the full picture, including your choices and opt-outs, see the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your time-log data.
5. Availability & Changes
The App and this website may be updated, changed or discontinued at any time. We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for damages arising from their use — including errors in time records or pay estimates.
